By accessing or using SignalPredict (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

SignalPredict is an AI-powered research and analytics platform focused on prediction markets and major real-world events. The Service includes:

• A Telegram channel publishing market analysis and event research
• An AI-powered Telegram bot that surfaces statistical patterns and structured insights
• Educational materials related to prediction markets
• Optional premium subscriptions for extended access

The Service is provided solely for informational, analytical, and educational purposes.

SignalPredict does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, gambling recommendations, or legal advice. SignalPredict is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, or any other financial services provider under U.S. federal or state law.

2. No Affiliation with Third Parties

SignalPredict is an independent research tool. SignalPredict is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with:

• Kalshi (KalshiEX LLC) or any other prediction market platform
• Any exchange, broker-dealer, or financial institution
• Any government agency or regulator

References to Kalshi or other platforms are made for informational purposes only.

3. No Guarantee of Results

All predictions, analytical insights, statistical patterns, market observations, and bot-generated outputs provided by SignalPredict are based on data analysis and algorithmic interpretation of public information.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis
• Profitability of any prediction market position
• Specific outcomes or future performance
• Resolution of any event in any particular direction

Outcomes in prediction markets and real-world events are inherently uncertain. Past observations, public tests, model outputs, or analytical results should not be interpreted as a guarantee or promise of future outcomes.

4. Personal Responsibility and Risk

Users are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions. Any financial decisions, trades, contract positions, or other activities undertaken based on information from the Service are done entirely at the user’s own risk.

Trading event contracts on regulated exchanges such as Kalshi involves risk of loss, including loss of the entire amount invested. Users should consult licensed financial advisors before making any trading or investment decisions.

SignalPredict shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages of any kind resulting from use of the Service.

5. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

6. Geographic Restrictions

The Service is intended for users who can legally access prediction market analytics and educational content in their jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

The Service may not be available, or its features may be limited, in jurisdictions where:

• Prediction market services are restricted or prohibited
• Kalshi or similar platforms are not available
• Local regulations prohibit access to such content

This includes but is not limited to certain U.S. states where prediction market access is currently restricted. Users in such jurisdictions are not eligible to subscribe and are responsible for verifying their eligibility before use.

SignalPredict reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts of users in restricted jurisdictions without prior notice.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Subscription Plans

SignalPredict offers a paid Premium subscription that includes:

• Access to the private research channel
• 100 free AI bot generations per billing period
• Educational deep-dives and priority support

Standard pricing: $25.99 per month (USD) Early adopter pricing: $9.99 per month (USD), available to the first 25 subscribers

Pricing may change at any time for new subscribers. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance.

7.2 Pay-Per-Use Generations

Users may purchase additional AI bot generations independently of subscription:

• 50 generations: $7.99
• 150 generations: $19.99
• 500 generations: $49.99

Purchased generations:

• Are tracked separately from subscription generations
• Do not expire at the end of any billing period
• Remain available even if the subscription is canceled or expires
• Are non-refundable after first use

7.3 Generation Allocation Rules

When a user has both subscription generations and purchased generations:

• Subscription generations are consumed first
• Purchased generations are consumed only after subscription generations are exhausted
• At the end of each billing period, unused subscription generations expire and do not roll over
• Active subscriptions automatically reset to 100 free generations at the start of each billing period
• Purchased generations are unaffected by billing period resets

7.4 Auto-Renewal (California Auto-Renewal Law Compliance)

By subscribing to a Premium plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged the then-current subscription price on each renewal date
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the Service remains available until then

You will receive an email confirmation upon initial subscription and any subsequent price changes.

7.5 Refund Policy

Subscription refunds:

• New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of initial subscription, provided fewer than 20 AI bot generations have been used
• After 7 days or 20 generations used (whichever comes first), subscriptions are non-refundable
• Refunds for renewed subscription periods are not provided; users are expected to cancel before the renewal date if they no longer wish to subscribe

Pay-per-use generation refunds:

• Unused generation packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no generations from that package have been used
• Once any generations from a purchased package are used, the entire package is non-refundable

Exceptional circumstances:

• Technical errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions will be refunded promptly upon verification
• Contact support@signalpredict.tech (or current support email) for refund requests

7.6 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. SignalPredict does not store full payment card details on its servers.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or republish Service content without permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract bot logic
• Resell access to the Service or its outputs
• Impersonate other users or SignalPredict
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others
• Circumvent any geographic restrictions or eligibility requirements

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by SignalPredict, including:

• Algorithms and bot logic
• Analytical methodology
• Website content, design, and branding
• Channel posts and educational materials
• Bot outputs and analysis (with respect to compilation and presentation)

is owned by SignalPredict and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

Users retain ownership of their input prompts and queries.

10. Privacy

SignalPredict collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

11. Service Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may update bot models, analytical methodologies, or content delivery at our discretion. Such changes do not entitle users to refunds.

12. Account Termination

SignalPredict reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact with support
• Use of the Service in restricted jurisdictions
• Sharing access credentials with unauthorized third parties

Termination for cause does not entitle the user to a refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalPredict shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses or missed opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Decisions made based on Service information
• Service interruptions, errors, or unavailability
• Third-party platform issues (e.g., Kalshi outages, Telegram disruptions)

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

The total aggregate liability of SignalPredict for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by the user in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalPredict, its operator, and any associated parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

1. Informal resolution first: Users must contact support@signalpredict.tech and provide a detailed description of the dispute. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for at least 30 days before pursuing formal proceedings.
2. Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.
3. Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
4. Small claims exception: Either party may pursue claims in small claims court if eligible.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to active subscribers
• An update notice on the website
• An update notice in the Telegram channel

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users who do not agree to updated Terms may cancel their subscription before the next billing date.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitute the entire agreement between you and SignalPredict regarding the Service.
