These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SignalPredict website (signalpredict.tech), Telegram channel, Telegram bot, and any associated services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

These Terms of Use govern how you use the platform. For information about subscriptions, payments, and the nature of the Service, see our Terms & Conditions. For information about data handling, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with its intended function as an analytical research tool. Acceptable use includes:

• Reading channel content and educational materials
• Using the AI bot to request structured analysis on topics covered by the Service
• Saving research outputs for personal review
• Sharing your subscription experience honestly with others (e.g., reviews, social posts)

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

2.1 Misuse of the Service

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the bot’s underlying algorithms or models
• Use automated tools (scripts, scrapers, bots) to access the Service beyond intended user interaction
• Attempt to access areas of the Service not authorized for your subscription tier
• Circumvent rate limits, generation quotas, or any technical restrictions
• Use the Service in a manner that places excessive load on infrastructure

2.2 Unauthorized Distribution

• Resell, redistribute, or republish Service content (channel posts, bot outputs, educational materials) without explicit written permission
• Share access credentials or subscription benefits with anyone other than yourself
• Forward private channel content to non-subscribers
• Operate any service that depends on or repackages SignalPredict outputs commercially

2.3 Harmful Activity

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Use the Service to harass, defame, threaten, or harm any individual or entity
• Impersonate SignalPredict, its operator, or any other user
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when subscribing or contacting support
• Initiate chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the issue through support@signalpredict.tech

2.4 Content Manipulation

• Attempt to manipulate the bot’s outputs through prompt injection, system override attempts, or jailbreak techniques
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Distribute outputs as if they were professional financial advice or as your own analytical work

3. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Telegram account, which provides access to the Service
• All activity that occurs under your Telegram username and ID
• Notifying SignalPredict promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your subscription

SignalPredict is not liable for losses resulting from compromised user accounts, unless caused by our negligence.

4. Subscription Access and Sharing

Subscriptions are intended for single-user personal access.

• One subscription = one user
• Sharing access (forwarding channel content, sharing bot outputs as a service, etc.) violates these Terms
• Detected sharing or coordinated abuse may result in account termination without refund

5. AI Bot Usage

When using the SignalPredict AI bot:

• Outputs are generated by AI based on public data and are intended for research and educational purposes only
• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information
• You are responsible for verifying any data point before relying on it
• The bot does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice (see Terms & Conditions)
• Generation history may be retained for service operation; see Privacy Policy for details

You agree not to:

• Submit prompts designed to bypass content rules or safety guidelines
• Use the bot to generate content for purposes outside the intended scope (e.g., generating spam, mass-produced derivative content, automated trading systems)
• Share generated outputs in ways that misrepresent their source or nature

6. Third-Party Platforms

The Service operates primarily through Telegram. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. SignalPredict is not responsible for:

• Telegram’s policies, decisions, or technical issues
• Loss of access due to Telegram account suspensions or platform outages
• Changes to Telegram’s features that affect Service delivery
• Content moderation decisions made by Telegram

Payments are processed through Stripe. Your use of Stripe payment services is governed by Stripe’s Terms of Service.

If you lose access to your Telegram account, your subscription remains tied to that account. SignalPredict can transfer subscription access to a new Telegram account upon verified request, subject to identity verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including channel posts, bot outputs (with respect to compilation, methodology, and presentation), educational materials, branding, and design — is the property of SignalPredict and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

• View, read, and personally save content for your own non-commercial reference
• Quote brief excerpts in personal communications with proper attribution

You may not:

• Reproduce substantial portions of Service content publicly
• Build derivative products or services using Service outputs
• Remove copyright or attribution notices
• Use SignalPredict’s name, logo, or branding without permission

User-submitted prompts and queries remain your property. By submitting them, you grant SignalPredict a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating responses.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Uptime or continuous availability
• Speed of bot responses
• Specific feature availability at any given time
• Compatibility with all devices or Telegram clients

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Scheduled maintenance, third-party platform issues, or technical problems may temporarily limit access.

9. Suspension and Termination

SignalPredict reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or any other Service agreement
• Your activity poses a security or operational risk to the Service
• You initiate chargebacks without prior contact with support
• You use the Service in a jurisdiction where it is restricted
• Required by law, regulation, or valid legal request

Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund. See Terms & Conditions for details on subscription terms and refunds.

10. Reporting Violations

If you observe Terms violations by other users (such as unauthorized resale of content, impersonation, or abuse), you may report them to support@signalpredict.tech. Reports are reviewed but not all reports result in action.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
• An update notice on the website or in the Telegram channel

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

12. Relationship to Other Agreements

These Terms of Use work together with:

• Terms & Conditions — covering subscriptions, payments, refunds, and the nature of the Service
• Privacy Policy — covering data collection, use, and your privacy rights

In case of conflict between these documents, the Terms & Conditions prevail.
